The Judd School uses an online payments system ‘Joinos’. It is similar to other systems you may be familiar with such as Parentpay, Squid etc.
The main advantage of this system for the school is its full integration with our accounting software enabling parents to pay for trips, events and equipment and for those payments to be recorded against your child’s name automatically. It also solves any problems associated with cheque or cash traceability and ensures fairness and accuracy on ‘first come, first served’ activities where the number of places is restricted.
If you have not already done so, can we ask that you register your son/daughter using their unique registration code? If you can no longer find your introduction pack please contact the Finance Office for a new code via firstname.lastname@example.org
All future trip requests, events, clubs etc. will be notified to you via e-mail from Joinos and from the school and you will be asked to pay online. Please note that trips may not happen if we do not receive sufficient payments to make the trip viable. Copies of the letters can also be found on the Joinos system attached to the offer and also in the “files” tab. In addition we will store all letters on our website on the “Letters” page.
