Assessment & Reporting Dates

To keep parents informed about student progress we provide three formal updates on student progress each academic year. The updates are provided via one Grade Sheet, one Written Report and one Parents Evening a year. The distribution of Grade Sheets, Written Reports and Parents evenings throughout each Key Stage is intended to ensure sufficient time is given for students to make meaningful progress between assessments and reporting points. Following each Grade Sheet and Written Report student attainment, progress and commitment are reviewed and where concerns are identified interventions are put in place to support improvement. Where there are significant concerns about progress or commitment, or where support from parents is considered important, the Subject Teacher, Form Tutor and or Head of House will contact parents directly.

The key assessment and reporting dates for each Key Stage can be found below:

Key Stage 3 (Year 7 and 8)

Key Stage 4 (Year 9,10 and 11)

Key Stage 5 (Year 12 and 13)
