He shared the floor with Bobby Vedral the former Head of Data Analysis at Goldman Sachs. The focus of Tom's talk was how to better understand public opinion in order to foresee trends (such as Brexit) and get people out of their social media 'bubbles'. Tom challenged our students to be the inventors of the next big tech/social media solution, and to make understanding the needs of the customer at the centre of everything they do.
