Thomas crowned top chef!

Congratulations to Thomas (Y7) on winning the Kent Young Chef Award 2018 Junior Category!

His winning dishes were venison Wellington encased in homemade puff pastry, mushroom and palma ham, accompanied by pan fried vine tomatoes and creamed spinach. This was followed by rhubarb creme brûlée. “We thought he was nuts to attempt these dishes in the two hour timeframe,” was the comment of one of the judges but he managed to pull it off and come home with the trophy
