Every year Kent Golf set a set of 4 golf competitions called Race To St Georges. Essentially you get points for coming in top 20.

There are normally 45-120 people playing in the competition. The top 16 people who receive the most points will the qualify to play at the prestigious golf club Royal St Georges. Multiple Open Championships and majors have been held here. My handicap on the day was 15.7 but after my round (with a nett 70 which is one under par) I was cut to 13.7.  There are 2 more qualifiers of which my next one is on the 24th of July at Broome Park Golf Club.
