National Scientific Thinking Challenge
This year 28 of our Year 10 students took part in the National Scientific Thinking Challenge, which is run by the University of Warwick in conjunction with the Universities of Bristol, Durham, Manchester, Nottingham and Oxford.
This is the first time our school has entered this competition in which 15,663 students took part from 266 schools in 10 countries.
Many congratulations to our students who received awards: 7 Gold, 6 Silver and 1 Bronze. Those who received a Gold award are ranked in the top 10% in the country.
